We’re currently seeking a highly organised, efficient and experienced Office Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of the Studio as well as providing support to our two busy Directors. This is a fantastic opportunity working alongside a talented team of architects and designers in a creative studio setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Directors, including managing emails, calendars, credit card reconciliation and timesheets
* Manage front-of-house operations: reception, phone and email correspondence, and meeting coordination
* Support the early stages of projects, including fee proposals and client onboarding
* Assisting with HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, etc
* Plan and coordinate office events and culture initiatives (birthdays, team outings, end-of-year celebrations)
About You.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* 3 years minimum experience as an Office Manager (essential)
* Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritise
* Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
* Sharp attention to detail and a solutions-first mindset
* Confident across MS Office
